REBUILD Personal Audit — Service Terms

Contract version: ray-rebuild-contract-20261023-stan-v2. These terms apply to new purchases made under this version; they do not retrospectively change an existing customer's purchase.

Your purchase

The REBUILD Personal Audit costs USD 39, paid once. It is not a subscription. You receive:

• One personal questionnaire covering relationships, finances, purpose and wellbeing.
• A report and actionable 30-day plan, personally written and approved by Ray.
• Access to 31 resources: 7 teaching videos, 15 audio recordings and 9 PDFs/workbooks.
• A service check-in seven days after report delivery.

The welcome documentary is additional content, not part of the 31-resource count. The service and resources are in English. They require an internet connection, email access and a device/browser that can play web video/audio and open PDF files. There is no physical delivery.

Ordering and access

Review the offer, these Service Terms and the Privacy Notice, correct your checkout details, and complete the one-time USD 39 payment in Stan using its connected payment processor. This is one purchase, not two payments. Your resource-access email explains how to open the Stan library; first-time buyers may need to set up their Stan login. The library is separate from the personal questionnaire and report.

This checkout is for immediate delivery. Before payment, two separate, initially unticked required choices ask you to:

• Get my resources now: “I agree to receive the digital resources immediately and understand that, where the law permits, my cancellation right for those resources ends once delivery starts.”
• Start my personal Audit: “I ask Ray to start my Audit after I submit my questionnaire. I understand my cancellation right does not end immediately; where applicable, it ends when the full service, including the seven-day check-in, is completed.”

If you prefer delayed delivery or do not want either form of early delivery, contact ray@raysefah.com before paying to arrange the manual delayed-fulfilment route. Do not use this immediate-delivery checkout for that request. We will not treat an unselected choice as permission to start. You do not have to waive applicable rights to ask for help or cancel. This alternative does not change access already owed under an earlier purchase.

After a successful purchase, Stan provides library access and the questionnaire link. Use your purchase email for the questionnaire so Ray can match your submission to your paid order. You do not need to sign in to Google to complete the questionnaire. Payment or a general privacy acknowledgment alone is not consent to either early-delivery choice.

Your library access has no fixed expiry while the library service remains available; this is not a lifetime-availability promise. Refunded or disputed purchases may have access withdrawn, subject to applicable rights. Contact us if access is missing or interrupted.

Questionnaire and delivery

Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Review your answers before confirming submission. We aim to deliver your personal report within 24 calendar hours, and no later than 48 calendar hours, after your completed questionnaire is successfully submitted. The clock does not start when you pay.

Ray personally writes and approves your report and 30-day plan. We email the finished report as a PDF attachment to your verified purchase email. You can open the attachment without signing in to Google. The report is separate from the shared resource library. Ray keeps a restricted internal copy in Google Drive under the retention arrangements in the Privacy Notice. Do not forward your personal report unless you intend to share its contents. Once you download or forward a copy, we cannot revoke access to that copy. For the seven-day check-in and 90-day original-answer schedule, delivery is recorded when the email containing your approved report PDF is accepted by the email-sending service. This does not establish that the email reached your Inbox or was read.

If you cannot find your report email, check spam. Contact us if the email or PDF attachment is missing or cannot be opened. For missing access, non-delivery or an overdue report, contact ray@raysefah.com. A service check-in is separate from optional marketing; it does not promise unlimited or ongoing coaching.

Cancellation and purchase problems

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. This does not restrict cancellation, refund, repair, repeat-performance or other remedies required by the law that applies to your purchase. Acknowledging early delivery does not remove rights where content or service is faulty, missing or not as described.

Where UK or EU distance-contract cancellation rules apply, a consumer generally has 14 days after the day the contract is concluded to cancel without giving a reason, subject to the applicable exceptions and local rules. Other countries may give different rights. The following distinguishes the digital resources from Ray's personal service:

• Digital resources: where the law permits, the cancellation right for digital content ends when supply begins after your separate express consent to early supply and acknowledgment of that consequence, with the required confirmation provided. Simply paying or accepting these general terms is not that separate consent.
• Personal service: asking Ray to start early does not itself remove the cancellation right. If you cancel after an expressly requested early start, a proportionate charge for work already provided may apply only where legally permitted and the required information and consents were given. The applicable right is lost on full performance only where the legal conditions, including the required agreement and acknowledgment, are met. Delivery of the report alone is not treated as full performance of the promised seven-day check-in.

To cancel, email ray@raysefah.com or write to Ray Sefah LLC, 4390 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302, United States with a clear statement of your decision. Include your name, checkout email, purchase date and order reference if available, so we can identify the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason or use a particular form. Send the notice before any applicable deadline; do not wait for our reply. A portal cancellation request, if available and confirmed as recorded, is also a notice and does not depend on a second email.

We will assess the request and provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law within its required period. A request screen does not itself process a refund. We will not assume an arbitrary division of the USD 39 bundle price to deduct charges. Any lawful deduction needs a supported explanation. The absence of a discretionary refund offer is never used to override a statutory right.

Coaching boundaries

REBUILD is for adults aged 18 or over. It provides coaching reflection and practical next steps, not medical diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, legal advice or individual financial advice. Your report depends on what you choose to share. No particular personal or financial outcome is guaranteed.

Privacy, messages and your copy

Read the REBUILD Privacy Notice before submitting your questionnaire. Original questionnaire answers are scheduled for deletion 90 calendar days after report delivery. The notice distinguishes original answers from the approved report, necessary purchase/access records and provider-controlled backups. Optional marketing is separate and is not required to receive your purchase.

We provide a dated copy of the applicable terms that you can keep, and confirmation of the delivery choices recorded for your Audit order. Generic resource-access grants through other services are not evidence of an Audit purchase or those choices. Keep your purchase confirmation and terms copy. A later website update does not silently replace the terms recorded for your purchase.
